I love to use the best of traditional and integrative medicine to help uncover the root of your child’s illness, so we can transform his or her health and not just cover up symptoms.

I work with the entire family as a team because each area of your child’s environment plays a role in his or her health. This includes nutrition, his or her emotional and physical constitution, the family belief system about health, the child’s stress, and family dynamics.

My team and I have created a membership-based practice designed to provide the support, structure, and tools to get your child thriving again and also to set them up for long-term wellness. I am not a replacement for your wonderful primary care doctor but an addition to your healthcare team. This means you NEED to keep your existing doctor.

Along with the personal support I give you, your membership includes additional programs and services to get your kids thriving again including group office hours calls, appointments, 24/7 access to your child’s medical records, and access to my online course.

How Do I Get Started?

STEP 2: Schedule a FREE 15-minute informational call with our patient care specialist to discuss your child’s issues. This call helps us evaluate whether you are a good fit for our program. If you are, your initial consultation with Dr. Kilbane will be scheduled during this call.

STEP 3: If we’re the right fit for you and if your case is the right fit for our practice we’ll schedule you for a New Member Consultation.

*IMPORTANT* We only take on 20 new patients per month so schedule your FREE 15-minute informational call ASAP!

LIVE OUTSIDE OF NC? We can take on out of state patients as long as you come to Charlotte at least once during your program. This allows Dr. Kilbane and the team to meet you and your child in person in order to create the best possible plan for your family.

Group Office Hours Call

With our once monthly “group office hours call” you not only get your questions answered by the doctor, but you get to hear other people’s questions so you can learn about things you may not even know to ask.

Often we don’t know what we don’t know and that is why my “office hours” are done as a group call.

And in case you can’t take notes quickly enough to capture everything, you will have access to the recordings at any time as part of your membership.

Appointments

Only members of the practice have the ability to schedule appointments with me.

Insurance information

I am an out-of-network provider and all payments are due at the time of service. We offer payment plans.

Health Savings Accounts typically cover our services.

As a courtesy, your insurance claim forms will be filed by our medical biller, Tangula Shipman. It is a good idea to email her prior to your appointment to find out if you have any out of network benefits.
