Sheila Kilbane, MD
Dr. Kilbane is a board-certified pediatrician who trained with Andrew Weil, MD, in integrative medicine. Dr. Kilbane sees individual patients at her clinic in Charlotte, NC. She also offers virtual appointments and online education courses so that families can work with her, no matter where they live. Her mission is to transform pediatric healthcare and get 1 million kids of meds they may not need.
Kiran Dodeja Smith, Founder of Easy Real Food
Known for her gorgeous finger food platters, Kiran is the founder of Easy Real Food, where she shares gluten-free recipes and tips for living a healthy life. As a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, she is also a Certified Holistic Health Coach and recently launched Camp Kitchen, a digital guide to get kids cooking. While she's always been interested in health and nutrition, it was seven years ago when she started working with Lisa Leake of 100 Days of Real Food, that she discovered a different way of eating. An approach that focuses on getting back to basics, cutting out processed foods, and eating fresh foods from nature. As a result, she overhauled her family's diet and began teaching her four kids about the health and nutrition wisdom she wished someone had taught her when she was looking for information as a teen.
When you register, you will receive a link to watch replays for all webinars in this series, plus a free download with Dr. Kilbane's foundational supplement recommendations and COVID-19 supports.
